Leisure Sports to Develop New Fitness Resort

Pleasanton, Ca — Charter Properties, a Pleasanton, CA-based developer, and Leisure Sports Inc., owner and operator of ClubSport fitness resorts, will partner to build a 50,000-square-foot lifestyle fitness resort in Dublin, CA, the companies announced. The upscale club will be located in The Promenade, situated within the 1,500-acre master planned community of Dublin Ranch. The Promenade is surrounded by medium-high and high-density residential neighborhoods. The 110,000-square-foot Charter Properties and Leisure Sports mixed-use project will include the fitness club plus retail and office space on the pedestrian-friendly main street of The Promenade.
