Boy Dies After Drowning at Life Time Pool

AUSTIN, TX -- A 4-year-old boy died Saturday after he drowned the day before in a Life Time Fitness swimming pool. One of the seven lifeguards on duty pulled Colin Holst from the outdoor pool Friday afternoon. The other lifeguards began administering CPR, and paramedics were called, according to KVUE-TV. A defibrillator also was used, according to KXAN-TV. Holst was taken to Dell Children’s Medical Center, and his pulse was revived just before he arrived at the hospital, KVUE reported.
